Adam advises on the full spectrum of antitrust issues with a focus on clients in technology, digital platforms, health insurance, financial services, and agriculture.
Based in Washington, D.C., Adam Severt is a partner in the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition practice within the Litigation, Investigations & Advisory division.
Prior to joining the firm, Adam served 22 years at the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Antitrust Division. In his most recent leadership role as assistant chief of the Technology & Digital Platforms Section, he led teams of more than 50 lawyers in high-profile antitrust matters, including merger reviews, conduct investigations, and litigation. Adam served on seven antitrust trial teams and managed some of the Antitrust Division’s largest and most complex matters.
