The Regulation on Key Information Documents for Packaged Retail Insurance-based Investment Products (PRIIPs KID) introduced a new pan-European pre-contractual product disclosure document, applicable as of 1 January 2018.

Our hub aims to help clients with PRIIPs KID implementation. Our experienced Structured Products practice works with clients on compliance obligations including to review/draft templates and to consider their internal governance processes and provide training. We work closely with our Finance Regulatory team to ensure all connections are made as to MiFID II / Product Governance given the significant overlap with PRIIPs KID.
