Introduction
Sascha Arnold ist Partner in unserer Praxisgruppe Projects und Energy Transition in Frankfurt
Sascha berät Mandanten im Bereich Infrastruktur. Er ist spezialisiert auf Projektentwicklung, Energiewende (Dekarbonisierung, grüner Wasserstoff, Emissionshandel und CCS) und Sustainability. Er unterstützt Mandanten bei der Bewältigung verschiedener regulatorischer Herausforderungen, wie z. B. Genehmigungsverfahren, Verwaltungsprozessen, Ausschreibungen, Umwelthaftung, Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung oder Lieferkettencompliance.
Sascha studierte Jura an der Bucerius Law School in Hamburg und der Hong Kong University. Er hält einen Master of Laws (LL.M.) von der University of Berkeley in Kalifornien.
Vor seinem Wechsel in 2025 zu Ashurst war Sascha Counsel bei Freshfields.
