Tomisin Ogunsanya advises clients on complex capital markets transactions, including registered and unregistered securities offerings. He has experience with SEC-registered equity and debt offerings, Rule 144A and Reg S offerings, and equity tender offers. 

Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Tomisin led deal teams and oversaw transactions from initial structuring to closing. He has represented a broad range of clients, including issuers, underwriters, deal managers, initial purchasers, and placement agents.
