Vivienne Hardy is a senior consulting authority with more than 25 years’ experience advising organisations on complex risk, remediation, conduct and regulatory enforcement matters. In particular, she has extensive experience working with boards, regulators (i.e. ASIC, ACCC, Fair Work Ombudsman) and executive teams to address complex regulatory matters including responsible lending, wage compliance, customer remediation, enforceable undertakings and compliance transformation.
