Thomas Gawel advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions. He has experience with secured and unsecured facilities, bilateral and syndicated loans, leveraged finance, and asset-based lending.
Thomas earned his J.D. from New York Law School, where he served as the editor-in-chief of the New York Law School Law Review. Before joining the firm, Thomas practiced in the banking and finance group of a leading international law firm in New York.
