Stephanie Maynes Aldous advises private and public companies, with an emphasis on emerging companies, throughout all stages of the business lifecycle on various corporate matters, such as formation, equity financings, strategic transactions, equity incentives, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Stephanie routinely assists both companies and investors, delivering practical, business-focused solutions aligned with current market dynamics. She also has experience advising digital health and health tech clients on healthcare regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Stephanie represented high-growth technology clients and institutional investors at a leading technology and life sciences-focused law firm. She worked for venture capital funds in the Intermountain West and served on the in-house legal team of a publicly traded SaaS company based in San Francisco.

Stephanie maintains an active pro bono practice and is committed to providing legal support to underrepresented individuals.
