Sergej is seasoned in antitrust, and competition matters with extensive cross-border experience across the EU, German and international markets.
Sergej Bräuer advises clients on the full spectrum of EU and German antitrust and competition matters as well as foreign direct investments (FDI).
He has deep experience in cartel damages cases and complex merger control and FDI proceedings, including coordination of worldwide filings and approvals.
In addition, his particular focus lies on cartel investigations and proceedings, compliance management as well as complex distribution systems and cooperation agreements.
Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie he worked for renowned international law firms in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and London.
