Introduction
Rebecca has experience in restructuring and bankruptcy law, representing diverse clients in restructuring cases, asset sales, and Chapter 11 proceedings.
Rebecca Marston assists corporate clients in restructurings in and out of court, debt financings, liquidations, Chapter 15 proceedings, and appeals. She has counseled clients across various industries, including healthcare, financial services, retail, energy, transportation, and construction.
Rebecca earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was a research assistant in the bankruptcy department, as well as a symposium editor and article author for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform. She maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular interest in immigration. Rebecca has also served as a court-appointed guardian ad litem.
