Neema Nodoust represents entrepreneurs, emerging and growth companies, and venture funds across the full business life cycle, from formation and early financing through expansion and exit. His practice spans venture capital and growth equity financings, joint ventures, M&A, and other strategic transactions, along with corporate governance and general corporate strategy.
