Introduction
Miriam is recognized by her clients both for her in-depth knowledge and experience in providing legal governance advice and also for her dedication to excellent client service.
Miriam works closely with Boards and senior management to provide advice on a broad range of governance issues, including in relation to annual, climate and other periodic reporting, AGMs and other shareholder meetings, continuous disclosure, governance structures, directors’ duties, legal and regulatory compliance, conflict matters, remuneration (including share plans), securities and insider trading issues, preparation of deeds of access, insurance and indemnity, executive remuneration and accountability regimes (including FAR), as well as best practice principles and other corporate governance matters.
Miriam has a particular focus on accountability regimes, executive remuneration matters, Payment Times Reporting Act matters and sustainability and mandatory climate change reporting.
