Michael Nguyen advises clients on a variety of IP, data privacy, and technology-based transactional matters related to advertising technology, consumer goods and services, health, financial technology, and digital identity.

Michael has a deep understanding of the complex legal issues that arise in the technology world. He has drafted and negotiated agreements involving cloud services, software as a service (SaaS), on-premises software, professional services related to outsourcing and procurement, and other technology-related transactions. Michael also has experience providing clients guidance on data privacy and cybersecurity laws and regulations, including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), state consumer privacy laws, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and FTC regulations.
