Introduction
Lucy advises local agencies, landowners, and developers on entitlements, environmental compliance, development strategy, and real estate transactions.
Lucy Miller supports clients with housing and development streamlining, as well as affordable housing law. She also counsels clients on planning, permitting, and compliance under the California Environmental Quality Act, helping address legal issues tied to development and infrastructure projects.
Prior to her law career, Lucy interned with the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission, where she worked on coastal and environmental land use matters.
While attending the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, Lucy was senior production editor of the UC Law Journal and earned the CALI Award and the Witkin Award for outstanding achievement in legal writing and research.
