Introduction

Krishna represents companies in high-stakes insurance disputes.

Krishna Hegde counsels and litigates on behalf of corporate policyholders on insurance recovery matters. Krishna has extensive knowledge in all stages of litigation, from drafting initial pleadings through trial and appeal. He has managed wide-ranging discovery disputes, drafted summary judgment briefs, and taken trial testimony of a 30(b)(6) witness in federal court. He has also advised on French-language insurance issues.

Krishna is experienced in alternative dispute resolution contexts, including arbitration and mediation. He contributed to an amicus brief before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court in a pro bono criminal case appealing an excessive sentence.

Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Krishna was an associate at a global law firm in Pittsburgh. Following graduation from law school, he clerked for Judge Stephen S. Schwartz of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. During law school, he interned at the SEC’s Division of Corporation Finance and counseled clients at Harvard’s Consumer Protection Clinic.
