Introduction

Chris represents clients in patent litigation proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and district courts.

Chris Moulder focuses on patent litigation involving electrical, software, medical, and semiconductor device technologies. He represents leading technology companies in U.S. federal district courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in matters involving inter partes review petitions and ex parte reexaminations. He has experience assisting clients with patent application drafting, prosecution, and portfolio management across a variety of technologies.  

Chris has been awarded more than 30 issued patents and published 17 technical papers. During his engineering career of more than 15 years, he held a management-level position where he led the development of next-generation pacemakers, defibrillators, and heart monitors.
