Introduction
Jassiem combines his computer science skills and legal experience to support clients in patent litigation.
Informed by his technical background in software and technology, Jassiem Moore develops legal strategies across a range of technologies, including distributed computing, digital rights management software, video codecs, and radio frequency identification tags. Jassiem has experience drafting motions to dismiss, motions for judgment on the pleadings, summary judgment motions, claim construction briefs, and pre- and post-trial motions. He has also litigated and negotiated settlements in class-action lawsuits brought under privacy statutes, argued in claim construction hearings, and presented technology tutorials to courts.
Committed to pro bono work, Jassiem frequently participates in initiatives that help veterans gain access to the benefits they have earned.
