She focuses on workplace strategy, operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, and service delivery that supports both employee and client experience.

She oversees office operations, supports workplace initiatives, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and helps teams manage change effectively. Known for her collaborative style, practical judgment, and strong communication, Charity works to create an environment that is responsive, welcoming, and well-positioned to support excellent client service. She also serves as the firm’s community engagement program manager, developing initiatives that advance community service and engagement.

Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Charity was a human resources manager and has more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry, including work as a litigation paralegal and human resources professional. Outside of work, she is active in the Golden Gate Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, where she has served on the board since 2013 and co-chaired the Community Connections Committee for the past eight years. She also serves on the advisory board for the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank’s annual Food From The Bar campaign.
