Anna advises clients on complex and novel project development challenges across public and private projects.
Anna C. Avendaño counsels clients throughout the project development life cycle, including initial planning, contract negotiations, and project controls, and advises clients on operational strategies and dispute resolution.
Anna represents project owners; independent power producers; and engineering, procurement, and construction contractors in the planning, development, and management of large construction projects. She has experience advising clients on significant construction projects in public infrastructure ventures and representing public entities in public procurements or mega-infrastructure development projects.
Anna represents clients across the energy, manufacturing, healthcare, and education industries and advises on major infrastructure developments, covering data centers, commuter rail and public and private transportation, and commercial projects.
