Amanda is Global Co-Head of our Digital Economy Transactions practice, with a focus on complex digital infrastructure projects and telecommunications law.

With more than 25 years' experience advising across the digital economy ecosystem, Amanda Ludlow is highly experienced in the digital infrastructure sector. She has led complex digital infrastructure projects for key telecoms players and hyperscalers on strategic enabling infrastructure, including terrestrial and subsea fiber networks and data centers in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia and the Asia Pacific region.

Amanda is also experienced in managing large-scale cyber incidents, having led the response on one of the most significant data breaches in recent history. Amanda is a driving force behind Ashurst Perkins Coie's integrated cyber offering, and works closely with boards and executive teams to develop best-in-class cyber readiness strategies.

Amanda is consistently recognized in Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, and is known for her strategic insight, technical excellence and approachable manner, working closely with clients to deliver complex digital infrastructure projects that underpin the backbone of the digital economy.

Recent subsea cable systems for Meta include 2Africa, Waterworth, Daraja, IAX and IEX, and the first Transatlantic petabit system, Petal.
