Alexandria defends companies against high-stakes product liability and complex commercial litigation from investigation through trial.
Alexandria Ray represents clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in matters related to product liability before federal and state courts and in arbitration. She advises on risk mitigation issues such as warnings, warranties, and regulatory compliance, and routinely works with clients to develop and execute litigation strategies.
Alexandria manages all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery through depositions, expert witness coordination, motion practice, and settlement negotiations, and has prepared matters for and taken them through mediation, arbitration, and trial, including multiple arbitrations resulting in complete defense awards. Alexandria also has experience handling a wide range of complex litigation matters, including class actions, antitrust, mass torts, and patent disputes.
