Overview
Introduction
Alberto advises on complex domestic and cross-border disputes, with a particular focus on international arbitration and commercial litigation before the Spanish Courts, complemented by insolvency law experience.
Alberto focuses on domestic and international commercial arbitration, particularly in construction, infrastructure, energy and post-M&A disputes, and on complex commercial litigation before the Spanish Courts.
He also advises on contentious insolvency matters, supporting Ashurst Spain's Restructuring and Special Situations team from an insolvency litigation perspective.
This breadth of practice allows him to bring a broader strategic perspective to complex disputes and to deliver commercially focused advice across interconnected areas.
Alberto is recognized by Chambers and The Legal 500. He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and lectures at both Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and IE Law School. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
