Introduction
Alan is an associate in our Global Loans practice.
Alan's practice focuses on financing transactions with an emphasis on commodities and the energy sector. He advises lenders, borrowers and agents on a wide range of debt financings, including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, secured and unsecured loans, and acquisition and project-related financings. His work also covers corporate finance matters, multi-jurisdictional and cross-border lending arrangements, and debtor-in-possession and exit financings in Chapter 11 restructurings.
