Introduction
Jedidiah focuses his practice on government contracts litigation and compliance matters.
Jedidiah Blake assists clients with bid protests before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC) and the Government Accountability Office (GAO), as well as those at the state and local level. His experience also includes Other Transaction Authority (OTA) awards bid protests before the COFC.
Jedidiah supports clients on procurement compliance issues that arise when performing under a federal contract or federal grant governed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), other agency FAR supplements, or the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Uniform Guidance. Drawing from his time as a law clerk for the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals (CBCA), Jedidiah assists clients at all stages of the contract disputes process, from requests for equitable adjustments to litigation before the CBCA and the Armed Services Board of Appeals (ASBCA). He also helps clients with contract interpretation disputes at the state and local level.
Jedidiah is an active member of the ABA's Young Lawyer Division, where he serves as an associate editor on The Young Lawyer magazine.
