Iva's experience spans M&A, commercial law, and litigation.

Iva Pavlína Cechráková has played a key role in M&A deals, including some of the largest acquisitions, strategic sales, and startup fundraising across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). She also helps clients with restructuring matters and advises on corporate governance issues.

Dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion, Iva is fluent in Czech, English, and German, allowing her to connect with more clients from various backgrounds and global regions.

In addition to the New York State Bar, Iva is admitted to the Czech Bar Association.
