Adam represents employers of all sizes and across industries, including energy, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, technology, and nonprofits.

Adam Weiner counsels on and litigates matters involving discrimination, harassment, Form I-9, E-Verify, wage-and-hour compliance, leaves of absence, personnel policies, reductions in force, contractors, separation agreements, restrictive covenants, and other labor and employment issues. His clients span the United States, and he tailors his legal solutions to a client's particular circumstances and culture. Adam litigates in state and federal courts, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state and local human rights commissions, and arbitration and mediation. He has experience litigating single-plaintiff, multiplaintiff, class-action, and collective-action lawsuits regarding employment discrimination, harassment, breach of contract, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, wage and hour, and other employment-related disputes.  

Adam provides labor and employment law support in M&As. He also assists startups and other emerging companies with workforce-related issues. His experience includes advising and defending companies on union organizing and collective bargaining disputes before the National Labor Relations Board, as well as employee immigration law compliance.  

Adam maintains an active pro bono practice focused on asylum and immigration-related claims. He has successfully represented asylum seekers from Cameroon, Egypt, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and Uzbekistan.
