Introduction
Neela focuses on single-plaintiff employment litigation, representing clients in workplace-related disputes.
Neela Brocato guides clients through the discovery process, drafts pleadings and complex motions, and conducts comprehensive research. She routinely partners with clients to address administrative charges and frequently advises on workplace policies and separations.
Neela also devotes time to criminal pro bono matters and has significant experience with clemency petitions. She earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, where she served on the American Association for Justice Mock Trial Team and the Moot Court Honor Board.
