Mallory Petroli has counseled international consumer, defense, technology, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as financial institutions. Mallory advises on global privacy regulations, IT, and strategic solutions for compliance programs, particularly with respect to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Brazil.  

Mallory’s practice includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex licensing; software as a service, research and development, and website and app terms of use; and nondisclosure, global technology, cloud-based, and data-based commercial agreements. She has experience with various IP and technology agreements for a wide range of U.S. and European companies in accordance with international laws and applicable data protection and IT standards.
