Introduction
Jaime leads legal project management (LPM) policy and process initiatives that strengthen legal service delivery and create greater value for clients.
Jaime Prado collaborates with LPM team leadership to develop operational goals, establish priorities and advance policy and process initiatives that support efficient legal service delivery. She manages continuous improvement for client intake solutions and provides end-to-end support processes, helping increase consistency, scalability, and alignment with the firm's growth and profitability objectives.
Jaime contributes to strategic initiatives that expand LPM support for lawyers and clients. Her work focuses on sustainable methods to improve efficiency, using legal project management principles related scope, budget, schedule, and risk. She is also helping develop a firmwide matter management framework that incorporates processes, tools, and technology to support more effective matter planning and delivery, including alternative fee arrangements.
Jaime has legal experience in IP, including patent analysis and acquisition due diligence. She has supported matters involving technology transfers, licensing, and market clearances related to corporate finance and M&A transactions, class actions, multidistrict litigation, international human rights, immigration, global patent prosecution, securities litigation, consumer fraud, antitrust litigation, and pro bono work.
