Guy advises fund managers on fund formation, fundraising, deal structuring, investor relations, and business development across various asset classes.

Guy Joseph drafts and reviews term sheets, private placement memorandums, limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, and other related documents for private funds, co-investment funds, alternative investment vehicles, and funds-of-one. He also advises institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity funds and other private investment funds. 

Guy has experience performing legal research on both domestic and international tax issues, including permanent establishment risks and U.S. tax exposures in foreign jurisdictions. He has also advised clients on U.S. and foreign tax considerations that concern foreign asset acquisitions and foreign real property acquisitions. 

Committed to pro bono work and community service, Guy served as a tax preparer for qualified low-income families and holds leadership positions in nonprofit organizations.
