Introduction
Douglas Little focused his practice on the area of environmental law. Prior to his retirement, he represented clients in connection with hazardous and dangerous waste, federal and state superfund matters, the environmental aspects of transactions, and water discharge permits. He also worked with clients on compliance and enforcement regarding water pollution; underground storage tanks; the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act; the Toxic Substances Control Act; and the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Ac. His practice also included spill response and reporting, mold and indoor air matters, hazardous material regulation, environmental due diligence, audit and compliance programs, energy and utility regulation, energy facility siting and licensing, energy conservation programs, rulemaking proceedings before energy and environmental agencies, and restoration of salmon fisheries.
