Introduction
David brings over three decades of multi-jurisdictional experience to his work advising high-profile clients on complex real estate transactions across the world.
David Jones is a member of the Global Board of Ashurst Perkins Coie. He acts for some of the biggest names in the global real estate investment market on inward investment of foreign capital into European real estate, including advising on corporate real estate transactions, sales and purchases of high-value commercial real estate, joint ventures and international tax structuring.
He has worked on a significant number of high-value real estate investment transactions in both the UK and continental European markets with a particular focus on international real estate M&A and joint venture.
He is also highly experienced in acting for South Korean investors in the European Real Estate market.
David is recognized as a leading individual in The Legal 500 and is Band 1 in Chambers UK directories. He is also listed as a World Leading Lawyer in Who's Who Legal: Real Estate.

This involved the use of a bespoke insurance product to replace the asset due diligence on 50 assets.

The site comprises a series of industrial warehouses that will be redeveloped as 1200 houses and up to 500,000 square feet of commercial space including a hotel, shops and restaurants.

- A leading global asset manager and Urban & Civic on the 473 Hectares of Sustainable Urban Extension to Rugby and the international Rail Freight Terminal.

- On the acquisition of DSV Tholen, LODZ Poland and Tamworth UK and on the acquisition and financing of 125 Shaftsbury, London.
