Introduction
With a career spanning three continents, Anna counsels on the structuring, financing, and delivery of complex energy and infrastructure projects across all asset classes, with particular focus on transport and social infrastructure projects.
Anna Hermelin's experience includes advising government agencies, private sector bidders and funders and she therefore has a clear understanding of the needs of each stakeholder group when structuring and implementing an infrastructure project. Currently based in the United States, Anna previously spent time advising on projects across Asia, based in Ashurst Perkins Coie's Singapore and Tokyo offices. Anna's experience includes working as a secondee in the legal department of The Export-Import Bank of Korea from February – December 2014 and as senior in-house legal counsel for Sindicatum Sustainable Resources, a developer, owner and operator of clean energy projects.
Prior to starting her legal career, Anna spent over eight years working primarily in the finance and technology sectors.
Anna is admitted to the California State Bar and qualified in England & Wales.
